Our Process

Intake

You reach out to us and tell us a bit about your project, your design aesthetic, and creative inspirations. We take that information to come up with a few creative options that we will later review with you before moving forward.

Onboarding

Client will sign a contract outlining the proposed budget and payment schedule of their particular project collaboration. During this call, we’ll review the timeline of this particular project and dig a bit deeper into design preferences, your particular use case, the market competition of your project, and what your workflow and team look like in general. During this stage we will typically go over our initial creative ideas/inspirations for your project, so that if we’re on the wrong track, we can get back on track seamlessly.

Content collection and RCS iteration process

This will be the busiest stage for the client. We will want anything and everything you already have available for your small business, campaign, or project. That could look like photographs of a project, descriptions of products or services being sold, policy messaging or biographical information, and even old logos, fonts, color palettes, and assets that you do not want to use anymore, just to give us lots of context.

Review and Major Edits

We’ll pre-schedule this call, so our team can get your project done quickly and get major feedback from you. If we’re doing things well throughout this entire process, the feedback we’ll receive will be small tweaks, like a few more options for color palettes, some changes in how the website’s menu functions, etc.

Team Training Session(s)

Once we’re close to launching your website/brand, we’ll hold an additional call where you can meet with any members of your team who have involvement in the curation and management of your digital presence. We’ll go over best practices with your brand and website and review how your tools work, so they do not feel lost at the conclusion of our collaboration.

Launch!

We’ll ensure that search engine optimization, alt text for images, any blog or email newsletter sections, domain names, Google Workspace, etc. are set up and ready for your launch.

Ongoing Support

Once we part ways, we do not disappear. At any time, if you want a refresher training of how to use your website, a call to troubleshoot any technical issues, or even want to do other work together with RCS, we are always available to schedule a call, and we can budget out the support you need at a transparent, hourly rate.
